Sierra Nevada Torpedo Extra IPA... interesting...
It tastes pretty much the same as the regular IPA, but I suppose it's an excuse to make a beer with 7.2% abv, drink it, then make some bad food choices later.
I need to go to Boulevard Carry Out to pick up some Abita Pecan Harvest before it's gone.. just like the Strawberry Harvest... who knew Columbus, Ohio actually carried such a treat?
I get to go to D.C. next week and test out the local brews. I hope I'm headed for yum. Dad started talking about when we lived in Seattle, WA. Apparently there are a shit load of microbreweries... meanwhile Sam Adams was in its infancy. I'll have to make a trip there and see what they've got.
Well... that's all I'VE got for now... so..be back after the Harvest and tour de D.C.
